At VOLTIX, we are committed to customer satisfaction and operate a clear, fair, and transparent returns policy in accordance with UK and European consumer protection laws.
Your Right to Cancel
Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and applicable EU consumer laws, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your items without providing a reason.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Products must include original packaging
- Proof of purchase or order number is required

Extended Satisfaction Policy
In addition to your statutory rights, VOLTIX may offer an extended satisfaction period on selected products at its discretion.
Eligibility may depend on product condition and order history.
This does not affect your legal rights.
Hygiene & Safety Notice
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain personal-use items may not be eligible for return once opened, used, or unsealed, unless faulty or defective.
This is in line with UK and EU consumer hygiene regulations.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, please contact:

- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged or faulty)
Our team will provide return instructions and the correct return address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect
- We recommend tracked shipping, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked parcels
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing usually takes 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or provider
If another payment method was used, alternative arrangements may apply.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
In these cases, VOLTIX will:
- Cover reasonable return shipping costs
- Offer a replacement, repair, or full refund where appropriate
We may request photographic evidence to process your claim.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns may not be accepted for:
- Products showing signs of use or wear
- Items without original packaging
- Returns outside the legal return period
- Damage caused by misuse or improper handling
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights for faulty goods.
Late or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not arrived:

- Contact your payment provider (processing times vary)
